1 / 3Built interface — Territory list
Overview
Clans & Territory gives groups on a Rust server a structure that the in-game team system does not. A clan has an owner, officers and members with permissions per rank for inviting, kicking, claiming and setting the tag. Alliances between clans can be offered and accepted, with friendly fire rules that apply to clan mates, allies or both, and a config that lets the server owner cap clan size and alliance count to match the group limit.
Territory is drawn on the map. A clan claims a zone around a tool cupboard and the zone shows on the in-game map in the clan's colour with its tag, so players see who holds an area before they walk into it. Cupboard sharing authorises the whole clan on claimed cupboards and turrets automatically, and removes members when they leave, which closes the gap where a kicked player still has access to the base.
Clan chat is a separate channel with a prefix and an alliance channel for allied clans, and the leaderboard ranks clans by kills, deaths, raids and territory held for the current wipe. Everything is stored in oxide/data as JSON with a config setting for what resets on wipe, so a clan can persist across wipes while its territory and stats do not.
Delivered as a C# plugin with a JSON config and an API for other plugins to check clan membership and alliances. While you are subscribed, the plugin is rebuilt after each forced wipe and after Oxide, uMod or Carbon changes, and the map drawing is revised when Rust changes its map or marker system. The plan page lists the current version.
