Overview
Server Migration Kit is for the owner who has decided to move a live FiveM server from one framework to another and does not want to lose the characters, money, vehicles and properties that players have spent months on. The kit is a set of migration maps that describe how each table in the source framework becomes a table in the target, run by a Node.js tool against a copy of your database, with a validator that reports what would break before anything is written.
Maps cover the core tables of ESX, QBCore and Qbox, players and characters, accounts and money, owned vehicles, properties, jobs and grades, licences and phone data, and item translation tables convert inventory contents where item names differ between frameworks, with an unmatched list you resolve by hand before the real run. Vehicle translation handles plate formats, garage states and mod JSON. A dry run produces a report of row counts, unmatched items and warnings, and nothing touches the target until the report is clean.
The operational side is a cutover checklist and rollback snapshots. The checklist walks through announcing the maintenance window, taking the final snapshot, running the migration, starting the new server with a whitelist for staff testing, spot-checking a sample of characters and opening the doors, with a decision point at each step. Snapshots are taken by the tool before every write, so if the spot checks fail you restore the previous state and reopen the old server while you fix the maps.

You need
- A FiveM server you control with database access
- A copy of the production database to run against
- Shell access to run the Node.js tool

- New table maps and translation entries added to the plan as they are written
License
- Licensed for one server network you own or operate.
- You may edit, re-texture and configure resources for that network.
- Reselling, sharing or re-uploading the files is not permitted.
Installation
- 1Download Server Migration Kit from your Gaming Library.
- 2Install the tool with `npm install` and point config.json at a copy of your database.
- 3Choose the source and target maps and run the dry run until the report is clean.
- 4Follow the cutover checklist, taking a snapshot before the real run.
- 5Start the new server with the migrated database and complete the spot checks.
If you cancel
- Access and updates continue until the end of the period you paid for.
- The licence to run the migration tooling ends with the subscription.
- Your migrated database, snapshots and checklists stay with you.
