1 / 3Built interface — dispatcher board
Overview
Radio & Comms is a radio system for the departments that live on one. Players tune frequencies, save presets, set a volume per channel and see who is speaking, while job talk groups are assigned from duty status and rank, so an officer coming on shift is already on the right channel.
It is for servers where every department shares one frequency and a scanner hears all of it. Encrypted channels take a key, so a private channel stays private, and a dispatcher's board shows every active group, who is on it and each unit's callsign. Tone-outs and alert pages break through to a department that is busy elsewhere. The radio itself is an item with an animation and an earpiece, and it can be dropped or taken, while civilians and press use a scanner limited to the open channels.
Fixes, new channel tools and compatibility updates arrive while you are subscribed. If you cancel, updates stop and the licence to run the radio ends with the period you have paid for.
