Overview
Ped & Scenario Pack is DistroSource's population set for FiveM. It combines ped variation sets for civilian, service and department roles, built for MP male and MP female, with the scenario placement files that stand them at shops, ranks, depots and job sites, and per-zone crowd density and traffic settings.
It is for cities that look abandoned at eight in the morning. Scenario files put a clerk behind the counter, a mechanic under a bonnet and drivers on the taxi rank, so the map reads as a working city before a player logs in. Behaviour presets decide whether a scenario ped idles, works or patrols, density is set per zone rather than across the whole map, and every ped is listed with its component slots, drawable and texture ids and a streaming budget, so added population does not quietly cost you frames.
New ped sets and scenario files are added to the vault each month, and every released set is available while you are subscribed. If you cancel, updates stop and the licence to use the pack ends with the period you have paid for.

You need
- A FiveM server you own or operate

Updates and content cadence
- Every released ped set from your first day
- New ped sets and scenario files each month
- Density and streaming revisions as they release
License
- Licensed for one server network you own or operate.
- You may edit, re-texture and configure resources for that network.
- Reselling, sharing or re-uploading the files is not permitted.
- The pack is licensed while your subscription is active.
Installation
- 1Download the ped sets and scenario files from your Gaming Library.
- 2Place the streamed ped resource in your resources directory.
- 3Copy the scenario placement files and set your per-zone density values.
- 4Add the `ensure` lines to server.cfg and restart.
If you cancel
- Access and updates continue until the end of the period you paid for.
- The licence to run the pack ends with the subscription.
- Remove the pack from live servers once access ends.
