Overview
Housing Collection is a residential subscription for FiveM: a property system for buying, renting and furnishing homes, together with a growing collection of apartment and house interiors built for it. Players browse listings, receive keys and decorate with a placement tool that respects walls and floors.
It suits servers where owning a place is part of a character's story. The property system handles ownership, rent, shared keys, storage and wardrobes across ESX, QBCore and Qbox, and every residence ships with entry points, storage spots and furniture limits already configured.
Each month two new residences are released for you to claim and keep permanently, alongside a furniture drop for the placement catalogue. The property system and its updates are included while you are subscribed. Claimed residences stay licensed to you after you cancel; the property system's licence ends with the paid period.
