Overview
Scrim & Roster Tools is the operations layer for a competitive roster. The centre is a self-hosted Discord bot built with Discord.js: players set weekly availability with a button grid, a manager books a scrim into the free slot, and the bot posts the practice schedule to a channel, opens a thread per scrim and sends reminders at the times you configure. Cancellations and reschedules update the thread and the schedule embed.
Around the bot sit the documents a team needs and rarely writes down. Opponent finder templates are messages for scrim-finding channels with the team's rank, region, maps and slots filled in. VOD review agendas give a structure for a session: three rounds to watch, one question each and a decision at the end. Roster contracts are plain-language templates for trial periods, expectations, streaming rules and departures.
The bot keeps a scrim log with opponent, maps and result, and a monthly summary command posts how many scrims were played, cancelled and won. Everything is delivered as source with a config file, so the reminder times, the availability grid and the channel names are yours to change. Nothing is hosted; the bot runs on your own machine or VPS with a token you create.
Discord changes its API and Discord.js follows, and this plan keeps the bot current. Updates for API changes, new commands and revisions to the templates and agendas are placed in your Gaming Library while you are subscribed. Each update comes with a note on what changed, and the config file format is kept stable so an upgrade is a file swap rather than a re-setup of your channels, reminder times and availability grid.

You need

License
- Licensed for your own community, server, team or channel.
- You may edit and publish the designs (or run the tools) for that community.
- Reselling the files or offering them as templates is not permitted.
Installation
- 1Download Scrim & Roster Tools from your Gaming Library.
- 2Copy .env.example to .env and add your bot token and server ID.
- 3Edit config.json with channel names, grid hours and reminder times.
- 4Run npm install and npm start, then invite the bot with the permissions in the guide.
- 5Run /availability in the team channel to post the first weekly grid.
If you cancel
- Access and updates continue until the end of the period you paid for.
- The licence to run the bot ends with the subscription.
- Remove the bot from live servers once access ends.
