Overview
Whitelist & Applications Bot turns the web form and spreadsheet most communities use for whitelisting into a flow that lives inside Discord. You define application types in a config file, each with its own questions, required account age and reviewer roles. A member picks a type from the panel, answers the questions in modals, and the completed application lands in a private review channel as an embed with a thread for discussion.
Reviewers vote with buttons, and the config decides how many approvals or denials settle the result. Accepting an application grants the roles you mapped to that type and sends the member a templated DM; denying sends a reason chosen from your templates or written by hand, with an optional cooldown before they can reapply. Every decision is recorded against the applicant, so a second application shows the history to reviewers.
For game servers, the bot exports the accepted list in the formats they read: a Cfx.re identifier list for a FiveM whitelist resource, a whitelist.json for Paper or an allowlist.json for Bedrock, written to a path or served from a small HTTP endpoint your server can poll. The bot is Discord.js source you host yourself, and the plan keeps it current as Discord.js and the Discord API change.

- Voting settles it
- Reviewers approve or deny with buttons and a configurable threshold decides the outcome, so nobody has to count reactions.
- Straight to the allowlist
- Accepted members are exported in the format your FiveM, Paper or Bedrock server reads, on a schedule or on demand.

- A reapplication shows reviewers the previous answers, votes and outcome, so patterns are visible before anyone votes again.

Works with

You need
- A Discord server where you hold Manage Roles
- A bot application and token from the Discord Developer Portal
- A host that can run a Node.js process continuously

License
- Licensed for your own community, server, team or channel.
- You may edit and run the tools for that community.
- Reselling the files or offering them as templates is not permitted.
Installation
- 1Download Whitelist & Applications Bot from your Gaming Library.
- 2Create a bot application in the Discord Developer Portal and copy its token into the .env file.
- 3Write your application types, questions and reviewer roles in config.json.
- 4Run npm install, then npm run deploy to register the commands.
- 5Start the bot and run /apply-panel in your applications channel.
If you cancel
- Access and updates continue until the end of the period you paid for.
- The licence to run the bot ends with the subscription.
- Stop running the bot once access ends.
