Overview
Most community servers are run reactively — someone notices the server is down, someone else remembers where the backups are. Server Operations Pack is the boring layer that prevents that: written runbooks, a staff rota, a backup policy with a restore drill, and a weekly checklist short enough that it actually gets done.
The runbooks cover the incidents that actually happen: the server will not start, the database is full, a plugin update broke a feature, a staff account was compromised, a raid is in progress. Each one is a numbered procedure with the decision points marked and the escalation path named, written to be followed by whoever is awake rather than only by the owner.
Backups are treated as a drill rather than a setting. The policy defines what is backed up, how often, where it goes and how long it is kept — and the restore drill is a scheduled exercise with a record of who ran it and how long it took, because a backup nobody has restored is a hope.
Runbooks and policy revisions are published while you are subscribed. Documents you have downloaded stay yours to use and edit; the licence to download new ones ends with the period you have paid for.

Installation

- 4Schedule the weekly checklist and the first restore drill.
If you cancel
- Documents you downloaded stay licensed to your community and remain editable.
