Overview
Community Events Toolkit is a monthly drop for the person who runs events and is tired of starting from a blank page. Each month's folder is one complete event: a tournament, a movie night, a build contest, a giveaway weekend or a seasonal party. It contains everything the event needs from first announcement to recap, written so that a volunteer who has never run one can follow it.
Inside you get announcement and reminder graphics as layered PSD and PNG, a Discord scheduled event description and cover image, a sign-up form as a Discord.js modal command and as a plain form template, a bracket or judging sheet as a spreadsheet, a run-of-show checklist with timings and who does what, message templates for each stage, and a recap post layout with slots for winners and screenshots.
The documents are delivered as Markdown and PDF with an editable source, the sheets as .xlsx and CSV, and the graphics with fonts listed so you can restyle them to your own community. One new event is added to the plan each month, and the events already in the library are available from your first day.

- Every event has a run-of-show with timings and named roles, so the host is reading steps rather than improvising.

You need
- A Discord server where you can create scheduled events
- A bot token if you want to run the sign-up command
- Photoshop or a PSD-compatible editor for graphic edits, optional
Updates and content cadence
- One new event pack is added to the plan each month
- The current library of event packs is available from day one
- Template revisions as Discord scheduled events and forms change
License
- Licensed for your own community, server, team or channel.
- You may edit and publish the designs and run the tools for that community.
- Reselling the files or offering them as templates is not permitted.
Installation
- 1Download Community Events Toolkit from your Gaming Library.
- 2Open the month's event folder and read the run-of-show first.
- 3Restyle the graphics, then create the Discord scheduled event from the template.
- 4Run the sign-up command from your bot or post the plain form, then work through the checklist on the day.
If you cancel
- Access and updates continue until the end of the period you paid for.
- The licence to run the event packs ends with the subscription.
- Your own edits and exports stay with you.
